Clarity's Receive the Salon Of The Year
Award
Clarity's won salon of the year after careful
consideration by Michaeljohn's Directors, Management and
Assessment Teams.
Clarity's directors, Chris Kearns and John Wood
called in to express their thanks for the award which they said was a credit
to all their own staff and the support Michaeljohn Training provided. After
being established 25 years ago, Clarity's has expanded to 2 different salons
and has a well-established reputation for excellence. When asked about the
secret of their success John Wood commented "It’s because we care! Our
staff, stylists and assessors, from directors to juniors are all part of the
same team; we support each other". Their culture of commitment to quality
and excellence are the prime factors that lead to the award from the 120
different salons Michaeljohn engages with.
